Elliot slept until 5am. He got up to eat and then went right back to sleep. I love him. I know you're not going to believe this, for those of you who know how I cherish my sleep and have all my life, but I was at the rec center this morning by 6:30 am. I did a half hour on the elliptical trainer, soaked for a solid 15 minutes in an awesome bubbly hot tub and came home before anyone else was awake! That is a nice start to your day when you have two children who still cry (quite often).
I didn't intend on overshadowing Paul's OBR post with my verbal vomit on weight loss/health, but I just had to get all that off my chest first. So, it's time to celebrate the accomplishments of 10 runners.
